Our pup LOVES this place, and so do we! We’ve utilized them for both boarding and day care, and every staff member we’ve encountered has been amazing and you can really tell they care about the dogs. The little touches they have make the experience A++! The very first time we ever dropped her off for a stay the staff greeted her by name as we walked in, we love the pictures they send everyday, and the fact that they have the live feeds and we get to see our girl even when we’re hundreds of miles away from her provides us with so much peace of mind. 10/10 would recommend!

My dog absolutely LOVES it here!!! They have incredible customer service, are very consistent, and truly care about the dogs. I feel very comforted knowing that they take such good care of my girl - and that she gets to be outside! I love the photo updates throughout her visit and it is a plus when she comes home all tuckered out. I have tried other daycares before and was never satisfied but Parkwood has only ever exceeded my expectations!

We absolutely love this place! Finn is always so excited to hear when he is going to daycare. He always comes home tired and ready to cuddle! They have so much space for all the dogs to run and play and even a nap time! Could not recommend this place enough!

We absolutely love this place! Our dog, Finn, has the best time every time he goes. They send us two pictures of him every day, which we look forward to so much! The staff is so kind and clearly cares about all the dogs. Finn gets to run and play with all his friends, and the water area is his absolute favorite part! He’s always so excited to go to daycare. UPDATE: Homewood reached out to me and told me it was a misunderstanding. I’m really grateful for them reaching out to me and going above and beyond to make us feel at home. My dogs love it here! The workers at the front desk are some of the nicest people you’ll find. Couldn’t recommend this place enough. —— We were so excited to try Homewood Pet Resort after reading many positive reviews, and our first impression was fantastic. Every staff member we interacted with was incredibly kind, professional, and clearly loves animals. The facility itself was clean, well-organized, and seemed like a great environment for pets. For this reason, we were truly heartbroken to learn about the policy regarding very large dog breeds in the daycare setting. We were informed that our Great Dane, Toby, would not be able to participate in group play with the other dogs solely because of his size. While we absolutely understand that safety is the top priority, the only option for him would have been to be kept isolated during his stay. Socialization is so important for a dog's well-being, and gentle giants like Toby miss out on this crucial activity under a policy like this. We hope the management might consider alternatives in the future. We would love to be regular clients, as everything else about Homewood seemed perfect. We are leaving four stars because of the wonderful staff and the quality of the facility, and we sincerely hope this policy is something that might be reconsidered down the line.
