Learning Paws is hands down the best dog daycare in Phoenix. My dog Luna (who is a lovable little lunatic) goes every week and gets so excited when we pull up. Skyler and the entire team are incredibly kind and treat every dog like their own. Luna is always so well cared for. I’m so grateful we found a place that feels this welcoming and truly like family.

Absolutely love this place and how good they take care of my baby. Elliot is the best, he communicates with me on my dog and how she is doing at the daycare as well as her enrichment and progress. Simply because of Elliot I will continue to bring my dogs here for as long as he is here. If you want your pet to be loved and cared for like you care for them BRING THEM TO LEARNING PAWS!

Learning Paws is always so great with my baby boy. I know he is safe and well cared for while he is there. Most importantly, I know Frank has the best time EVER! They have also done a great job bathing him and trimming his nails.

I’m extremely disappointed with how this business handled my dog and our relationship as a client. On my last visit, I was told my puppy “needed” to be neutered because he was supposedly approaching nine months old. That was factually incorrect—he will not be nine months old until mid-January. Despite that, when I brought him back, the manager, Jen, aggressively pushed the neutering requirement and escalated the situation unnecessarily. To justify it, she claimed my dog humps aggressively and excessively. That statement was blatantly false. My puppy attends two other daycares, and I specifically confirmed with another daycare the same day that he does not hump and shows no aggressive behavior. Their feedback directly contradicts what I was told here. This felt less like a behavioral concern and more like pressure to neuter my dog early for their operational convenience. I was clear that I was not comfortable neutering at nine months, and instead of working with me for the remaining few weeks, they chose to terminate the relationship outright. On top of that, there are clear internal issues. I’ve personally witnessed employees being treated poorly, and it’s obvious there are management and staffing problems. The environment feels tense, not professional. Bottom line: misleading claims, aggressive management behavior, and poor client handling. I will not be bringing my dog back and do not recommend this place to other pet owners.

Learning paws is a god-send! My 5 month old puppy loves going there and they take such great care of the dogs. I really appreciate the fact that they’re open 24/7 and even on holidays! Couldn’t thank them enough!!
