Cuddles on Call

Reached out via phone over a week ago to set up an in-home consultation. I was informed by the woman who answered the phone (Sharon, I believe was her name) that I would need to complete the online form. She did not seem interested in speaking with me on the phone to answer any questions. I completed the online form as directed and no one has reached out to me to set up the consultation or to acknowlege my inquiry. Very disappointing after reading so many positive reviews for this company. Makes me wonder if the reviews are real. There's no need to reach out to me at this point. I'm not interested in your services since you couldn't take the time to simply acknowlege my request.

We have always had great experiences with Cuddles on Call pet sitting service. 10/10 customer service 10/10 reliability Our fur baby is always well taken care of and Sharon is the best!

I have been working with cuddles on call for a few months now, and am over the moon with this business and the care that they show. I recently had a health emergency and they were beyond kind with assisting with coverage for my pup. Communication is 10/10, and from the photos and messages, I can tell that my beasts are in the best hands. Would happily recommend CoC to anyone with fur kids in the area.

I wish I had all the words to say how much I appreciate Cuddles on Call! My dog Basil loves them too! The care, daily updates, PICTURES, and love they provide are unmatchable and I cannot recommend them highly enough. I honestly cannot say enough good things about my experience with Cuddles on Call. I have 5 cats and needed an affordable and reliable service that could help take care of them while I was out of town for two weeks. After filling out the information of what I needed and detailed profiles, I was contacted by Amy and we set up a video appointment. I appreciated the extra level of safety and protocols they have in place during this time. We spent an hour going over all the details with Amy and Kayleen, who would be taking care of my cats. I was so impressed with the amount of information and level of details they asked I felt really good about the care they would receive. Kayleen was AMAZING!! I received detailed notes of everything she did (that was agreed upon) then notes on all the "fun" things she and the cats did while she was visiting. She completely got their personalities and catered to all of their needs. Along with these daily notes I also had pictures of each cat. This was above and beyond what I expected, especially with having 5 of them. One of the days we had a problem with our screened door and Kayleen immediately called me. After I problemed solved the situation, she came back after going to her other clients to make sure my cats were taken care of. I would highly recommend Cuddles on Call and will for sure be asking for Kayleen the next time I need their service.
