Bryan Lawn Care

I switched to these guys after my last mowing service drastically raised prices without good reason. So far I've been extremely pleased. They show up on time and get the job done well for a fair price. Chip was easy to work with. Highly recommended from me for lawn mowing.

After moving to Nashville about 18 month ago, we were looking for a lawn service and were fortunate enough to find Bryan Lawn Care. We love the service. They are dependable, do a great job on the lawn (mowing, edging and blowing any debris) and have been incredibly flexible when we needed (e.g. to skip a week or 2 for new seeding, etc). We really appreciate the excellent communication, the attention to detail and knowing our lawn will look great every week.

We had the absolute worst experience with this company. We spoke with Chip and hired them to mow our lawn. They couldn’t get to us for about a week. Chip said they would come one day but ended up coming a different day. The lawn crew came and everything was completed. But they never came for our next cut. We don’t have a scheduled day for them to come so we gave them the benefit of the doubt and called Chip at the end of the week. He informed us that they came by at the beginning of the week but our dogs were out so they left. We never received a call to ask us to brings our dogs inside or to state that they came but were unable to get in our yard. Our mow was not rescheduled and we had to wait until the next week. Yet again the next week they never came. We called again and Chip told us that our dogs were again out when the crew came so they left. This is impossible. We expected them to come so we went out with our dogs every single time they went out. We explained this to Chip and he very unprofessionally stated that he trusts his guys, which is fine if you are trying to keep employees and not customers. Chip further explained that they aren’t a good fit for us because we have dogs. I don’t know how they expect to have any customers if they won’t cut lawns of homes with dogs. In my opinion, they do this if they are behind for the week and can’t get to everyone by the end. Save yourself the time and the headache and go with a different company who is reliable and won’t straight up lie to you.

We switched to Bryan Lawn care this past year and have been very pleased with the service. They show up every week and get the job done. I would recommend them to any of my neighbors in the Nashville area.

Would not recommend. We’ve been using for 6 months. Not only did they always leave our back gate open, which allowed our dog to get out and run away, but they charge you even when they don’t come. Once our car was parked too close to the back gate and instead of asking us to back it up, they just didn’t mow the back yard but still charged us full price. I don’t trust them and won’t be using anymore.
