Incredibly trustworthy and professional. I would recommend them without hesitation! Have been using Above & Beyond now for dog walking services for over 6 years initially with my previous dog and now with my current pup. The whole organization as per their name go above and beyond to accommodate. When my previous dog, Koi, had kidney disease, the team were able to set him up on a puppy 2 short potty visit schedule since he would benefit from the shorter but more frequently visits due to his medications, which became the senior dog offering! When I got my next dog, Kip, they were able to quickly get him all set up. When I moved apartments, they were also able to quickly get us set up in the new location for walks ASAP! As a bonus, we were able to keeping the same caregiver since our new home was not that far despite crossing town lines! Our primary caregiver is Ashley. She has been incredible! Very attentive, friendly, communicative, thoughtful, and of course Kip adores her. While I do work from home right now, sometimes I will be on calls during the visit. She will be very mindful to keep the noise down despite Kip's excitement and will leave a great recap note about Kip's walk. If there's a package outside, she will kindly bring it in. She will also give my recent second dog, Artie, who's still in training and not quite ready to join the walks, a treat as well (Artie gets excited when she arrives in anticipation). I could keep going :) Overall Ashley and the whole team have made my life easier as a pet owner and would HIGHLY recommend them to fellow pet owners!!!

I have used in home pet sitting services and recently started weekly dog walking visits. Our primary caregiver, Amy has been amazing with my dogs - Basil and Peter! She leaves a report card each visit- which I very much appreciate!

I have been using Above and Beyond for years. They have been awesome. I have two dogs and I can trust Above and Beyond to take care of them. Lately, Katsumi has been the primary dog walker and I couldn’t be happier. I have full faith and trust in her. She is kind and patient with my senior pups. I know the dogs love her and I’m confident she puts 110% towards doing what’s best for them. I trust her judgement and I know they are in good hands with her.

Reliable, friendly, professional! Have been using their dog walking services for 6mo and they have been a fantastic help. Whenever I've had to contact the office I've always received a swift response, they are very proactive with communication. We are especially happy with our regular Isadora who takes care of our pups like they were her own! One of our dogs can be shy and she won him over :)

To say that these people are incredible would be a huge understatement. I have been using their walking and pet sitting services for years for my two dogs and all of their caregivers and services are fantastic. Most recently, I was away while my dogs had pet sitting services in my home with their usual caregiver, Ashley whom we all love. One of my dogs has a history of spinal issues and Ashley was able to identify right away that something was wrong and took immediate action. We were contacted by McGee, who has taken care of my dogs for night/weekend visits plenty of times and always does an amazing job. She took his medical needs seriously right away, taking my dog to the ER early on a Sunday morning and staying with him until we could get there while we were 2-3 hours away in Maine. Ashley stayed at home to make sure my other dog wasn't alone and was well taken care of too. The vet told me today that their caregivers' attention and ability to get my dog there ASAP made a big difference in his having such a positive outcome. Not only are the caregivers amazing, but Ted, the owner, and Rachel and Faith whom I communicate with regularly in the office/operations are so helpful, thoughtful, and quick to reply. It is so important to me to have empathetic, reliable, and attentive pet care and Above and Beyond Pets far exceeds any expectations I could have had. I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you again to Ashley and McGee for their swift actions, love, and attention to my pups! We are forever grateful for them and the team!
