Aarf Pet Care

We absolutely LOVE the Aarf House and have been taking our pups here for the past 4 years! We use daycare about 1-2 times a month and boarding about 4-6 weeks every year. We have two very different dogs, and they both thrive here. Our dog Louie is super outgoing and social, and has the best time playing all day. Every time we pick him up, he doesn’t even want to come home with us, he’d rather stay and keep having fun! Once we went on a 2 week vacation and had him boarded the entire time; we were so excited to see him and when we picked him up, he literally ran back inside aarf house haha. Our older dog Sophie isn’t as interested in playing, so we’re especially grateful that the staff take extra time to cuddle her and give her the one-on-one attention she needs. It means so much to us that they truly understand and care for each dog’s individual personality. The team is amazing and I truly can't say enough good things. For example, they hand-feed our dogs if they’re being picky and refuse to eat. That level of care and patience is so appreciated. We also love that there are no kennels and the dogs can sleep wherever they feel most comfortable in the house. The boarding and daycare experience is fantastic, and we always feel completely at ease leaving our dogs here! Can't rave enough about how much our family loves the Aarf house and their staff!

Aarf house has been a god send for my two weenies! I love my little guys, but I know they can be a handful. Rodeo was a recent rescue, who isn’t very trusting of other humans or dogs, and they have welcomed him in with such open arms. Beau loves to be with me at all times, but loves going to Aarf house even more. Nothing but happy wags and excitement to go inside as we pull up to Aarf House. The staff is wonderful - accommodating, kind, and communicative. Getting the report card with pictures at the end of the day is always a highlight, too. I feel so at peace dropping my babies off here. It is truly the only place I would trust with them!

We are so lucky we found Aarf. We've tried daycare and boarding facilities all across the valley and this is by far the best. Our sweet girl loves coming here and seems to really love the staff. It's so great that they provide report cards and pictures so we can check in on our pup while we're away! We always have peace of mind when traveling knowing that our dog is in good hands!

We have taken Apollo to Aarf House 1-2x/week and boarded him 1-2x/year for the past 5 years and it has been such a great experience for us. The staff plays with the dogs and creates report cards to let you know how their day was, if they made any new friends, or if they were being mischievous and they include multiple photos of him playing so I can see that Apollo had a good time. These report cards always made my day and I have saved so many photos from his time there! Recently we moved out of state and in my search for a new dog daycare, I have learned that there is no other place as kind, attentive and wonderful as Aarf House and we miss it so much!!!!! The things that make Aarf House special: 1. Daily report cards with photos and specific info about your dog’s day 2. They are engaged with the dogs and initiate play (The dogs get quality time here!) 3. No kennels 4. The setup and small size of the house and yard, and comfy furniture for the dogs! 5. They don’t charge extra for basic dog daycare things (enrichment activities, administering medication, report cards - I have seen other places charging for this!) Most importantly, I knew without a doubt that Apollo had a great time every time and was loved by the Aarf House staff. This is not something I can say about any other daycare I have been to.

My dogs absolutely love Aarf whether it’s staying at the Aarf house or going on hikes. Suzie and her staff have always taken care of my pups like they are her own and they are always given incredible love and attention! Sending your dogs on hikes with Aarf is also so easy as they pick up and drop off at your home and your puppy will definitely be worn out after. We can’t say enough good things about Aarf and highly recommend them!
