Had a 3 pm appointment. Taken to my room at 2.55 pm. Saw the first nurse, very professional who took my vitals, then the second nurse practitioner, who listened to me , got my sinus cocktail shot, and then she called in Rx to my pharmacy. Out the door at 3.20 pm. They were super efficient and totally professional. Highly recommend them. By the way I am a 45 year surgeon here in Memphis. That clinic is definitely worth the price. I am now retired but will be a customer for life.

So incredibly happy to be at Zup! Everyone on the team is so friendly and personable, they genuinely care about their patients and get to know you when developing your care plan. Cant recommend highly enough!

Andy has been my lifesaver. So very knowledgeable and caring. She went the extra mile and followed me home when I declined to let her drive me home. She is an exceptional care giver and the clinic is lucky to have her.

Dr. Shannon is truly second to none! She is first-class in every way and genuinely cares about the whole person, not just the symptoms. The entire staff is warm, welcoming, and makes you feel at ease from the moment you walk in. Communication is always clear and timely, and the level of service is excellent. I’ve tried other doctors over the years, but I always come back to Dr. Shannon—there’s simply no comparison.
