Came in today and ROBIN MCGOWAN seen me . Told him I had went to emergency weeks prior with no luck. Instead of finding out what else could be going on, he insisted on prescribing me something for a virus I already tested negative for. After telling him multiple times I tested negative for that and asking him to test for other possible things which he refused he ended my visit and still prescribed me something I didn’t need. The other staff was great but he had an attitude the entire time and seemed flustered that I wanted to get to the bottom of what could be going on with me. I will have to again see a 3rd doctor because of his negligent behavior. Needless to say I will not be coming back.

I had a great experience at this location. I really needed more than urgent care, but less than a hospital emergency room. I was able to book my appointment easily online the morning of, was seen early as I arrived early, check in was super easy, I was brought back to a private room very quickly, and seen by a provider within 10 minutes. I needed a head CT and had that done very quickly. Within 1 hour I was in and out with results in hand. Providers were very kind and thorough. Patient portal also good. I am so grateful this place exists! I got what I needed for my issue and didn't waste 8 hours in an ER.

Very kind staff, quick and skillful x-ray technician. Overall, in and out without a hitch and results to my doctor the same day.

I genuinely wish I could leave negative stars. I arrived in person for my scheduled appointment and was later told my appointment was canceled because their imaging was not working. This cancellation happened after I had already shown up. The front desk claimed they tried to call me because my voicemail was full. That statement was false. They called at 2:08 PM, and I successfully received a voicemail from another caller at 4:58 PM the same day. I have proof of that. Why would you not attempt call me back or cancel my appointment before I arrived???? The front desk girl was unapologetic and offered no help. There was no apology and no attempt to rebook my appointment. I had to go back inside and ask to be rescheduled while sick. Canceling patients after arrival, providing false explanations, and refusing basic accountability is unacceptable. This clinic does not respect patients’ time or health. They are liars!

Incredible experience, every single time. I go here instead of the Emergency Room, every time. They have a CT machine on site, ultrasound, X-ray, lab, and all doctors and providers working at this location are ex-Emergency Room providers, so you know you are in good hands.
