My boyfriend went to this the dental clinic for a cleaning bc his pcp is at the Hartford location it was convenient location and the poor chair side manor and wait time was horrible . I have been in the dental field for 19 yrs and a THOROUGH PROPER adult cleaning shouldn't take a half hr. Not only did they not clean his teeth properly but the quality of care is subpar at best . He was treated as a number by Dorota Gasior .it was a over all poor experience as a new patient. I say all of this to share his experience. Because All patients should be treated with care not as a number no matter the demographics Or insurance type . They managment or leadership should do better with implementing quality of care and chair side manor training. If you are looking for quality of care for your dental needs this is not the place for you!

Physician “Sharon Mack” was not in alliance to “MY PERSONAL CARE ROUTINE”! She decided to restructure my medication management in response to what she “felt” was correct when she’s is not medically aligned as a “MD” nor “DO” to make “feeling based” judgments! I answered the standard intake questions of concise concern of what it is I’m on medication management for. I understand (after speaking with the pharmacy downstairs and becoming aware of the situation afterwards) there was a concern in respects to my medication “dosage” which was clearly reflected in misalignment of “billing” vs what instructional directions were actually reflection physically on my script as well as my extensive chart listing! She “alleged” there were no previous clinical records when I’ve already submitted signed documents per front desk (which baffles me to how I would have come this far for an intake if such said records were not obtained) registration! I do not like to be patronized & belittled as if I’m unsure or unclear as to what kind of medical management history aligned with the medication I’m on. I understand per the “Order” placed, that she’s doing her part in concern & I love that for her Title Truly…Honestly however; As you can and will also see within my chart I have an extensive medical employment background of: “Phlebotomy, CAMA, ER Experience,Primary/Pediatric/Urgent/Specialty Care experience, Lab Supervisor Experience & Clinical/Front Desk Management Experience! This needs to be addressed and reassessed as Medication management especially for “specific medication” a patient has been on for an extensive time period SHOULD NOT BE CHANGED, unless concern(s) are made or addressed properly by credentialed parties & if this is to be the case at this facility; I think I need to remove my care & re-evaluate referred medical clinics! -Respectfully Michael Hart

The caregiver was always on the internet asked me a few questions I began to speak and pop off to the computer. I didn’t feel valued and the note for court I didn’t get I scratched my head because the service is supposed to be supportive I didn’t feel that way speaking to the caregiver. 3 stars.. cause I’m going through something and opened up to what I thought was someone listening to me but was being ignored…

I don't know what it is. I have been to a lot of doctors offices. The women behind the glass on the second floor don't engage when I walk up. They are very distant and barely glance at me. They act like it's not their job to deal with patients.
