The NP called us for a follow up after hospital stay. She was extremely helpful. She didn't rush me and was very attentive to every aspect of concern I had and there were many. Called in men's, made changes and most of all listened to My concerns. I was amazed how thorough she was over the phone. Thank you so much!

While I was leary of joining Cardinal Family Care, following a stay at Encompass Rehabilitation Hospital, I have now had two Televisits with a nurse, and I am very pleased. The nurse knows my background and checks on my progress. She know my meds and follows up to see whether I'm still taking them or what changes may have occurred. She asks about doctor visits to ensure I'm following my plan. I cannot recommend Cardinal Family Care too highly. Do yourself a favor, and let them help you.

I was surprised that the phone visit was as thorough as it was! The attendant spoke in a way I could understand easily, but also in a kind manner with ultimate respect & thorough asking me about past as well as current health issues I am dealing with! She was thorough & understanding & made me feel as though I was cared for in the best possible ways! I'm very proud of my choice to try CARDINAL FAMILY CARE & plan to remain a client as long as I can!

Everyone went out of their way to make sure my issues were taken care of. Get an appointment with the doctor was so easy and nice being able to do it over the phone With such ease. The doctor was very pleasant and took care of my father‘s medical needs would definitely recommend them. He’s had a cough for six months and had been to several doctors. None of them seem too concerned and putting him on several medications that didn’t work after having our appointment with the doctor from Cardinal, she prescribed him some medication and the next day it was already working and he has not coughed since! My dad‘s quality of life has finally returned.The doctor was amazing!
