Doctor does not listen. Just moved here. I have asthma. She prescribed me asthma meds that I have been taking for years. Then later she prescribes me beta blockers which make it so your asthma medicine doesn't work. I almost went to the ER two days in a row before I realized what the problem was. When I call back she was just like "oh ya I see hear you have asthma and you can't take that". I could have died. She also wanted to charge me for a 5 minutes phone call when she said I could call her if I had any questions or concerns. She also charged me just to come in and see my lab results. This place is a scam and should also be sued for malpractice. Never coming back. Edit: doctor literally sent crisis workers to my house after I left this. Absolutely insane Edit: Doctor called me the next day yelling on the phone saying I tried to set her up for a lawsuit. She said I'm trying to take her for everything she is worth. Something is wrong with this lady. I think she is having some kind of episode, or maybe she is acting to do damage control. I was just going to never go there again, and that's it. Never sued anyone in my life. Now that she has done all of this, I will definitely report her. This is absolutely unreal. Stay sway from this lady.

WOW! THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE! This was an appointment to meet with an OBGYN for bloodwork and an ultrasound. But once we got off of the elevator, we heard yelling! As we turned the corners to get the suite, we realized the yelling was coming from the receptionist. When we got there, she was standing and SCREAMING on the phone with whoever (hopefully not a patient!). Of course, in her rage (or passion as the nurse called it), another representative quickly moved us into a consulting room for our personal safety. I hadn’t been asked my name, or anything. They ask why we’re here and we told them. They then told us to hold on, and came back and realized no initial paperwork has been filled out so she had to leave and come back. Mind you, the screaming was still going on and the door was closed and we could still hear extreme profanity. At that point when we realized we wouldn’t be getting an ultrasound, we felt duped. And that was outside of feeling unsafe, so we decided to leave. The lady was STILL SCREAMING as we left. Then as we get to the car, the receptionist who was screaming called. She said come back. I said no thank you. She said well you’re going to get charged and hung up. WOW! If I’m charged for an experience that actually could have caused harm and stress to my womb, we’ll definitely have a legal problem on our hands, won’t we?

I recently visited the clinic due to irregular periods and underwent a series of tests. I was informed that the lab results would be available within seven days. However, during this waiting period, I experienced severe heavy bleeding. Despite this, I was not contacted or provided with any guidance or support. After seven days, I scheduled another appointment to discuss my lab results. Unfortunately, during this visit, I was not shown my blood test results and was instead advised to call back on the next working day. Today marks the fifth working day since that appointment, and I still have not received any information. I have attempted to contact the office approximately 50 times. Each time, my call is answered and then placed on hold indefinitely, without any resolution or communication. This lack of responsiveness and transparency is highly concerning. Today is total 15 days with no solution.

I’ve gone to this clinic a total of three times The staff are fine The first visit I went in for a cardiovascular evaluation , never got any of that work done. When I expressed my concerns Dr.Obi stated there’s nothing wrong without doing any cardio test. The second I was recommend to get the flu shot so I did. Later she states that I had to pay mind you at the time I was 19 with insurance which is absurd. She tells me she will let this time go without paying. The third time I had an appointment early in the morning. Nobody was at the office , it was closed. I called and waited for almost an hour. I received a call almost 2 hours later. Never went back and they never called again or apologized for wasting my time. 6 months go by I just recently received a call. In conclusion this doctor does not care about her patients I would recommend going elsewhere. Never would I have imagined an experience like this

I have been a patient of Dr. Obi for more than 5 years and have had nothing but great experiences with her clinic. The staff are very friendly, polite and always greet me by name. Whether I have an appointment or need to be squeezed in last minute they are always accommodating and provide excellent service. I appreciate Dr. Obi’s wealth of knowledge and kind bedside manner so much that I have referred family members to the clinic as well.
