Village Medical at Walgreens - Richmond North

The front desk lady Mary was awesome . She was greeting everyone with a sweet smile and talking to everyone very nicely. Then I met Kayla who was taking my vitals, she was very efficient as well as empathetic. Her dedication was so strong that I was very impressed by her. Finally I met Doctor K , she was above my expectations.She has excellent knowledge and pays attention to her patients concerns. Thank you everyone for your kindness and being a source of great care and comfort for your patients including me.

Every one has a right to be treated with dignity, respect and compassion despite their race , age, color, gender, religion. The receptionist were welcoming and good but the medical staff were totally detached, uninterested and looking at me like they had seen a ghost or something, it felt like I was forcing them to treat me. This is the first time I am experiencing such treatment. I have been seen at this office couple of times and it was all good except yesterday when I went in and they seemed like they were handling a homeless person. Even homeless people deserve proper care.

Dr Nirmala Kethineni has been my doctor for one year. Her reviews of my blood work have been so thorough! She explains the report results to me one section at the time, which my previous doctors never did. It's been so refreshing! Now I understand my health much better to improve it. I recently had to get a breast diagnosis done and she explained the situation to me better than even the radiologist at the mammogram testing place. I highly recommend her as a caring doctor! The Richmond walgreens staff are professional always! Only positive experiences so far!

My experience was very pleasant. This was a great clinic to visit and I am glad that I made a choice choosing this particular clinic. Mayra was very friendly and paid attention to detail. Ushma Nuthaki was very attentive to my concerns. I walked away feeling better and moving forward to making my health issues better.

I'm so pleased with Dr. Kethineni's care for my husband and mine. She's very thorough in our health and very helpful. She always takes time to see how I'm feeling and explains how some medicines helps me. Her Staff too are always very nice.
