I have been VERY DISAPPOINTED with the service of this place I needed a letter of approval to see my gynecologist what was supposed to take 24-48 hrs took 2 weeks to get. I was a new patient and didn’t get to see the Dr. for the first time they told me if I wanted to see her I needed to reschedule. Also my visit was to have lab work done so I could continue to get my prescriptions they forgot to do the blood work for my cholesterol meds that was the reason I went and they told me to reschedule for more blood work. I also was seen for my toe I had injured 2 days prior to my visit and was in a lot of pain they sent me across the street to get it xrayed they didn’t take my insurance. When I asked them for my results of my bone density test they said they didn’t put that order in which they did because I had it done and I wouldn’t have had it done without the order so I’m still waiting for those results?!? So when you read this please go somewhere else to receive professional services and you won’t be stressed out!!! I would not even give them one star but I have to so I can post this

I would like to commend Registered Nurse Nonye for the high-quality care she provided whenever I come into the hospital. She demonstrated strong clinical knowledge, clear communication, and remarkable compassion. Her ability to balance professionalism with empathy greatly improved my overall experience. She is truly an asset to the medical team.

All the experience was great from the reception to the nurse to the doctor. It wasn't a long wait and everything went as scheduled. Great job!

I feel I have always received great care and service from doctors and staff. I have had the pleasure of seeing Dr Francisco for a number of years. She has always given me great care and advise. I will recommend the facility to friends and family.

Excellent facility, super clean, very comfortable waiting area with lots of space to spread out and distance from others. The receptionist was very courteous and professional and the wait time was very short. The medical staff great! NP Nonye is the best- she was patient, very thorough, and ensures that you understand everything. Her personality and demeanor make you look forward to your next appointment instead of dreading it! They also have convenient hours that allow you to go before work and even on Saturdays. Highly recommend.
