Melanie Sweeney is the best NP. I have followed her for years. Her staff is professional and caring, never an issue. The office gets 5 Stars. The problem 3 Stars is Village Medical as a corporation. They micro manage and make it very difficult to actually talk to Melanie Sweeny's office. Patients are put on hold then incorrectly transferred. End result they want you to leave a message and never send it to the Doctor. This has happened to me numerous times. Patient care is great if you do not need to actually talk to the Dr's office. Be Warned, you have better luck not calling and just go to the office yourself.

Doctor Miriam Rodriguez is the best!! She takes the time to explain everything and is always very thorough with the blood work she order. The med tecs are great. Even the receptionist is polite and helpful!!

Dr Rodriguez-Padilla is one of the most thorough and caring doctors I've dealt with. I was driving to Austin Texas once a year to see me doctor (because a good doctor is worth the trouble) until I was told about Dr Rodriguez-Padilla. I felt I had nothing to lose by meeting her at least once and that was the best decision I made. She's wonderful!!!

Don’t waste your time with Miriam Rodriguez Padilla. I made an appointment with my PCP, the previous day, a different doctor, and although I had confirmed both while scheduling my appointment and also same day over the phone that my appointment was telehealth, it was somehow scheduled as in person. Queue my frustration. I show up to the location and request to be added to the schedule at the end of the day. I explained to the front desk that I understood that this wasn’t their doing and I understood there is a hierarchy to the office so I’d like to speak to whoever can get me seen same day. I was scheduled next day with another provider in the office (Rodriguez Padilla). She proceeds to leave me an absolutely tone deaf voicemail saying that since I showed up an hour late today, that if I show up on time for her appointment tomorrow, she would like to see me. I show up to my appointment early, get my insurance squared away, and head into my appointment. I see Rodriguez Padilla and she tells me that I’m being seen acute care instead of primary care and she can’t help me with my medications for when I plan to conceive. She offers my a pregnancy test since she says they can’t see pregnant patients. I asked if there was an extra cost and she said she didn’t know so I declined the test. She told me it was my responsibility to know my coverage and that I should’ve called my insurance. I had called my insurance this morning, but I didn’t know that I was going to be offered a pregnancy test and refused to care so I didn’t know to ask what a pregnancy test in office would cost. She says that I’m giving her attitude, but I’m unsure how. I am very clearly frustrated with this entire experience, but I’ve remained respectful. I tried to communicate to her that her voicemail was not received well yesterday, she clearly had not read the notes or cared to look into my situation. She ended my appointment completely. So I had hours of my life wasted, I was charged more than I had intended to be, I was refused the care that I had scheduled and waited months to be seen, for and I was just plain mistreated.

I am new to this office but was thrilled with my first visit. Dr. Graham is what I have been looking for in a physician. He spent a good deal of time with me and was very personable. I was not rushed in and out of the office. I felt like my concerns mattered and I was not just a dollar in someone's pocket. He cares about his patients on a personal level. The whole staff was kind and helpful. My next 4 visits were scheduled before I left the room. I had blood drawn by Dr. Graham's nurse which was pain free and efficient. I am so thankful to have chosen Dr. Graham and his staff to put my trust in.
