Vancouver Clinic | Northwest Portland

Heartbroken and disappointed. I have been a patient of Dr Le at Vancouver clinic for 9 years now. I had a large bill I was paying down. They have a policy to send your bill to collections after 120 days. After 9 years, I was not even given a heads up. Just sent directly to a collection agency. I did not repsond to those calls, because I have never been sent to collections and I could not fathom why a debt collector was calling, so then I was sent to small claims. All while I was still a patient. I had been in the office every three months for regular visit, and no one said a single thing to me about needing to collect or I would be sent to a debt collector. I will not stand for this kind of treatment and I am moving to a different medical office for a primary care.

I "joined" the Vancouver Clinic in September 2025 after my former doctor retired, and got an appointment for November. Long wait, but acceptable. I then got a call saying the Doctor I had booked with had not yet joined the Clinic, and that they would have to reschedule my appointment for February 2026. Unacceptable: not only had they lied about my Doctor's availability, my prescriptions had all lapsed, and I was without medication. Today I had to reschedule my appointment, and they told me the next available one was in April. That would have left me 7 months without my meds. I called Broadway Medical Clinic, and they got me in within 2 weeks. I am currently on the phone waiting to cancel my relationship with Vancouver Clinic. I advise you not go here if you can't wait 7 months for an appointment.

I spent years looking for a new Primary Care Doctor and was so happy when I finally started going to TVC. They are thoughtful and give you plenty of time to discuss any and all of your concerns. I don't feel rushed and feel that my doctor is there to care for me. It's been a great experience. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to set up care.

I have been a patient in Vancouver for many years, under the care of Dr. Fares, who recently left the practice. I was assigned to Dr. Kasik, and I had my first visit with her on Wednesday. I couldn't be more satisfied with her attention and interest in my health. Before our appointment, she took the time to review my entire medical history and came prepared with questions and insights. Together, we developed a plan to adjust my medication, which includes a consultation with an outside provider and a follow-up with her in two months. I strongly recommend this medical practice.

My first visit to the Vancouver clinic was very pleasant and courteous. I was treated with dignity and respect the way a patient should be treated! My appointment was expedient and I didn't feel rushed thru like some clinics do. I have had experiences where I felt like cattle being rushed thru the gates but I did NOT have that feeling today at this clinic. Thank you for making me feel comfortable and respected. I hope that whomever is reading this has been treated the way I was treated. Happy Trails to All !! 💓
