DR Pallath and her office helpmates are exceptional. The MyChart messaging abilities are phenomenal! Within 24 hours I had a text and a phone call. Amazing! So glad I live near her office. Thank you DR Pallath. See you in June!

I had a great experience with Dr. P and all her staff, on Friday December 5, 2025. From the moment i got out of my vehicle i met a caring woman who worked in the office. When i walked inside the office i was met with a cheerful, respectful staff. I had been feeling miserable with all the symptoms of a knockdown, dragout cold for 6 days. I was so thankful that my wait was less than 5 minutes.!!!!!! My vitals were taken with a bedside manner that made me feel pampered. A skill that needs to be renewed and implemented by all medical practices!! Within minutes of my vitals being taken i was in the presence of a beautiful angel Dr. P. She quickly made an observation with my sniffles, cough, and a hand full of tissues i was not feeling well. She had a professional attitude, with kind and caring mannerisms throughout my visit. I began to feel better with the attentiveness she was showing. P.S. My checkout experience was also outstanding. The receptionist took the time to coordinate with another practice so i could be seen on the same day within a short time frame. How thoughtful was that? Dr. Pallath doesn't treat me like we are on an assembly line... she always listens to me, treats me like a valued person with real concerns, and isn't afraid to laugh. I've been living with a lot of problems that I assumed were just going to remain a part of my life so I really wasn't expecting that! She has addressed health concerns that other Drs ignored and didn't even listen to me talk to them about. I don't complain about things much but she asks the right questions to get me the right help and I'm so appreciative. She also doesn't fuss at me when I return without accomplishing tasks due to my anxiety. She just patiently gives me encouragement and understanding so that I get it done. Little by little she is "fixing" me and my life improves more every time I see her. Dr. Pallath is truly one of a kind!
