I'm a total fan of Mill City Clinic. If Taylor Swift fans are Swifties, I guess you could call me a Millie. The care, not only in the treatment sense but the actual caring sense, is the best I've experienced. I've received help that has resulted in improving issues I just thought I had to incorporate into my reality. The staff is wonderful. Everyone is kind, there is no sense of being rushed in and out, and there's some hilarious people working here. I've often left thinking of clever quips I wish I had said, but it's a clinic, not improv at Second City. Dr Kueller, Dr Pingel and Dr Ozbeki are all fantastic, knowledgeable and easy to talk freely with. Also, the space has local art on display, the waiting room can feel like a gallery. Ten stars!

Dr. Hallberg has been our family doctor for 25 years and I couldn’t ask for better doctor and his team. Dr. Hallberg is exceptional, knowledgeable, compassionate and very caring, he always listen with great attention to all our concerns. Communications in person and through the MyChat are outstanding, clinic environment is calm and cozy. Thank you for being our doctor!

This is the only clinic I can say I love and mean it. I've been going here for more than 10 years and every staff member has been fantastic. As someone with medical traumas (from elsewhere), this clinic does not trigger me. The staff are welcoming always and every physician I've seen has been delightful. As a large bodied woman with chronic issues, finding a care team that gives a damn about you and not numbers is important. Street parking has also never been an issue, just use the parking app in case you need to extend your time for whatever reason. The wait times are always reasonable, and when I've been there longer than expected, it's usually because the doctor is being thorough- which is not a bad thing. The rotating art on display is an added bonus, I've liked every display they've had.

Very disappointed because of communication and happen numerous times. DR Halberg iS GREAT ,BUT COMMUNICATION IS VERY SKETCHY. He is very busy Cannot get back into correct issues referrals quickly, problems in getting clarity from previous referrals. Wait too long then forget return reasonings.

Wow, I think I just found my new primary! She is absolutely fantastic. Compassionate and smart, first of all. Listens and asks good follow up questions. She spent 30 minutes talking to me 1:1 and I never felt rushed. Very thorough charting. I have a feeling Dr. Keuler will fill up her patient panel very soon with such a fantastic bedside manner, so get on her schedule while she’s still accepting new patients. Also the clinic is beautiful and clean, everyone from front desk to support staff is pleasant, and there’s plenty of cheap street parking right in front and to the side of the clinic entrance.
