Reserved a time online. Arrived for my appointment. 2 walk-ins arrived after me and both were seen before me. Nearly an HOUR after my scheduled time I went to the receptionist (for the second time) and asked how much longer . She told me one of the two providers were now on lunch and she had no idea how much longer. I had to leave WITHOUT being seen to get back to work. She could’ve told me the first time I asked that I’d have to wait til after one of the providers took their lunch. I’ve heard this happens regularly there.

I’ve been to this location twice and I’ve experienced such great professional care both times! The doctors and nurses employed here really go above and beyond to address all your concerns, which I’ve noticed is sort of rare these days. Everyone working here is so nice and amazing at their jobs! Best walk in clinic for sure.

Unitypoint at HOME is not on they're game. I recieved a nebulizer from them, was asked to sign a paper that I recieved the nebulizer. Didn't think anything of it. A month later, i got a bill for the nebulizer for $175.95. Was told by Unitypoint that I signed the paper so I was responsible for the payment. NEVER ONCE was a $200 charge mentioned or i would have never gotten the damn thing. Also asked for a referral to a nutritionist, got a call 2 month later asking if I was interested in a nutritionist. I am not happy.

Dr Molin has been my physician since 5/22; he is phenomenal ! He is on top of things, he follows up to ensure specialists have done what they should. He treats within his scope of expertise and he refers when he needs to. The front office staff is always professional, friendly, and very efficient. I live that they are responsive whether you contact by telephone or portal. I like that when a doctor is out to u can be treated by others in the practice; I also like if your cop is out they all review the portal so you aren’t waiting for days for a response. I have been seen by Dr. Overcash as well, he is also an amazing physician, and I love that they have a lab within their office. I’ve never been to the urgent care that is next door; I have heard good things.

First time at this facility. The laboratory worker, Cassie C was amazing. She was friendly, courteous, and overall outstanding worker. She is the reason this facility received an overall 5 star rating. The facility itself was dated. Could use new deco. However, overall, it's a good facility at a convenient location. Again. A bigTHANK YOU to Cassie C in the Lab department.
