So glad I switched to Unibody!! After a bad experience at another repair shop I was referred to Vance. He was friendly, honest, and did amazing work. The customer service at Unibody is fantastic and I appreciate the daily updates. Work was done as estimated and they’re close to car rental companies. I definitely recommend coming here if you need work done.

I recently took my 1-week-old vehicle to this collision shop for replacement and repairs to the front and rear passenger doors. Despite choosing them for their good reviews and documenting the condition with photos the day I dropped the car off, I discovered a new, deep scratch on the undercarriage after pickup. The front desk staff was unhelpful, claiming the damage couldn't have occurred at their shop and offering a small bottle of paint for me to fix it myself. The glue-like application on the door was also subpar. The technician assigned to work on my car doors did a sloppy job. I am really disappointed! (Photos attached show the issue. The first photo is the original glue-like lining from the driver's side door of my car. The rest are photos of the door that was replaced & repaired). The interior was also left very dusty! If you're considering this shop, inspect your vehicle thoroughly before leaving to avoid issues!!!

We had minor work done on some trim and scratch repair and the work was done quickly, the repair looks perfect and the service is very efficient and professional. We have our car back two days after we dropped it off and we are very happy with the results. Thank you Unibody Autotech.

The estimate service was pretty quick and scheduling was easy. My car got washed down to the rim, and the dent/paint job was flawless. It was like the dent was not there in the first place. The front desk was very responsive, provided updates and what to expect for the next steps. They were able to hold my car until the next morning which was nice.

Absolutely AMAZING experience. From the very first day of having my cars estimated repair cost, to arranging a loaner with Enterprise to dropping the car for for the actual work, IT WAS FLAWLESS. In fact, my car was completed one day earlier than expected. The final work was EXCEPTIONAL down to the smallest detail AND they washed my car INCLUDING the tires and rims. The ladies in the front area were very kind and courteous and kept me in the loop throughout the process. I fully recommend UNIBODY AUTOTECH.
