Very professional and courteous staff, they did quality work and kept me updated throughout the entire process. They returned my rental car for me and did a thorough cleaning of my vehicle, inside and out, upon completion. Everyone was so friendly and professional; it really felt like they cared about us as customers, not just the job. The quality of their work on the car was top-notch and didn’t disappoint at all. Our insurance only wanted to cover the cheapest options, but Dan’s insisted on using genuine warranty parts straight from Tesla to ensure everything was done right and would last. Dan’s was great from start to finish. The front‑desk team was friendly, welcoming, and clearly knew their stuff. The facility is clean and comfortable, with a nice lobby up front and a relaxed waiting area in the back stocked with coffee and drinks. Oscar was my representative, and he was excellent. He treated me and my car with real respect, answered every question clearly, and kept me updated with timely texts throughout the process. The repairs were done perfectly. I felt informed and well taken care of the entire time my car was with them. I’d absolutely recommend Dan’s. Hope I don't need a car repair in the future, but if I do, that's where I'll go.

This is the second car I've had a crash with and taken it to Dan's. Great service! Carla is personable and friendly at the front, Oscar called me when he said he was going to. No hidden costs. My car was ready 12 days prior to what they thought it was going to take, thanks to their good working relationship with my insurance company. They also have plush leather chairs in the waiting line and good drinks!

Brought my Tesla Model 3 in to have repairs done. Oscar did an amazing job communicating with the insurance company and myself. They also fixed a small dent in my bumper that wasn’t covered by insurance. Carla at the front desk was also amazing and helpful. Would definitely recommend and come back to Dan’s Paint and Body for any future repairs :)
