The process at M&M’s repair shop was extremely easy. I reviewed my estimate with Jeff and he took it from there. He worked directly with the insurance company to get all repair approvals. The work was completed timely and the results were as expected. Being in an accident is stressful, but Jeff and M&M made the repairs painless and stress free.

Of course I met with M&M body shop by "accident." They were most helpful and kind, very upfront about and experienced in dealing with insurance companies. They were recommended by the towing service as well, and that speaks volumes right there. Each worker we interacted with was kind and professional. It makes a huge difference in the quality of work performed when the workers themselves are happy to work where they do. I do not live in the Brownsburg area, but if I were needing body work done, it would be worth it to go out of my way to get the work done there.

From start to finish, I felt like my car was in good hands. They worked directly with the insurance company and communicated with me every step of the way. The car looks amazing. It’s unfortunate to get in an accident, but MM certainly made the experience seamless. They finished in less than two weeks. I hope I don’t get in an accident again, but if I do, I’ll go to MM Body Shop. Thank you team!

Everyone I interacted with was very courteous and professional. I understand why they have such a high rating. M&M is a certified Acura facility, which means their technicians are factory-trained and utilize only OEM-authorized equipment. This was one of the reasons I chose them after experiencing a minor fender bender just over a week before Thanksgiving. I brought my vehicle in on Friday, 11/21, and it was ready for pickup on Wednesday, 11/26. My vehicle was returned to me thoroughly cleaned and with no visible evidence of the accident. Keep up the excellent work!

I had two small dings repaired on my tailgate. I would have preferred the tailgate be replaced but insurance refused (definitely not the shops fault). I thought it would be a simple repair based upon the relatively flat surfaces of the gate but the repaired area does show some distortion in the right lighting. I would have pushed the shop to rework it but was left with an impression that they were not too concerned. The emblem picture is what it looked like the first time before I asked them to rework it. The 2 sided adhesive tape looked awful. They ended up replacing the emblem and it looks a 1000x better.
