We were rear ended by a vending company’s truck. That company’s insurance has been despicable and left us in a bit of a nightmare. Took my vehicle to Valet assuming the insurance company would get my vehicle fixed. After all, this isn’t even our fault! However, the insurance company isn’t cooperating. After waiting over 3 months for them to even reply, they want to total the car for cosmetic repairs. Needless to say, I need time to figure out what to do because I shouldn’t lose my vehicle because the insurance doesn’t want to pay. I talked to Valet explaining the situation. Finally, one bright spot in this whole deal. They put my car back together (it’s fully operational, so it’s drivable - just banged up)…even washed it! They said we’re here when you’re ready. Take your time, we understand. They didn’t charge me additional money that I won’t be able to recover. They simply took care of me as a person. Can’t say enough about a business that operates like that. Thank you, Valet, for showing me what it’s like to have someone on my side and a true partner in this situation.

From start to finish, everyone was quick, extremely friendly, and genuinely kind. I had originally scheduled my repair a while back but never followed through because of my crazy work schedule. When I finally came back, I fully expected to be scolded. Instead, I was met with grace, understanding, and warmth. No judgment. No lectures. Just kindness. They jumped right in and got me taken care of without hesitation. I felt seen. I felt like they truly cared. They were so nice that I even brought them doughnuts because I wanted to return the kindness—it honestly felt like a little love fest. That may sound crazy, but it’s rare to feel that cared for in a business setting. My car is 11 years old, but after they fixed my dragging bumper, I felt like a million bucks driving away. I am so grateful I chose Valet Auto Body and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Thank you for going above and beyond what I expected.

We hit something on the freeway and smashed up the grill and front of our vehicle. Valet went above and beyond, helped find an affordable solution that would work for us, and when we picked up the car we discovered they had taken additional steps to ensure safety and make the car look brand new. I originally selected Valet Auto Body because they had a 4.9 rating. And I’m glad I did! They went above and beyond repairing my rear bumper. They fixed my frame which I didn’t know was damaged and replaced parts I wasn’t expecting that were scratched up just from wear and tear, not even what I originally went there for. More importantly they were upfront, transparent, and maintained open communication throughout the process. I got my car back within a week and was very impressed with how clean of a repair job they did. Looks like it’s right from factory! Thank you Valet!

Unfortunately, my experience with Valet Auto fell far short of what I expected. A repair that was estimated to take about a week and a half ended up taking nearly five weeks, with multiple delays along the way. I understand that parts can be an issue, but the lack of clear communication and the extended timeline were disappointing. When I picked up my car, there were several areas that still needed buffing, new scratches that weren’t there before, and debris left inside the vehicle from the repair process. Even more concerning was the mileage: I dropped the car off at 74,119 and picked it up at over 74,600—almost 500 unexplained miles. My radio presets were also changed, which felt unprofessional and unsettling. Overall, the delays, quality issues, and unexplained use of my vehicle made this a very disappointing experience. I cannot recommend this shop based on what I encountered.
