I was only 15 minutes late for my post-delivery checkup, but they refused to see me and made me wait 10 more days at another branch. I have a newborn, so my delay was understandable, yet they showed no flexibility or understanding. Very frustrating and upsetting!

We had an appointment made over a month ago for Pulmonary. Apparently insurance never approved the visit and we were not made aware. They alleged that they had made a single call to notify but we have no record of that. Nor did they bother to send a simple notice in the mail. We didnt find out until we showed up to the appointment wasting the patient and caretaker's time.

Everyone is so polite & Friendly...The pharmacist is awesome,the doctors & nurses are also awesome too...I love going their,Its my favorites doctor office I preferred to continue to go,My doctor's are magnificent awesomely blessed...

If you have the opportunity to go see another location do!!! This spastic location has made me question whether or not the RNs are qualified to work there. In my experience they dont seem like they know whats going on. One RN for my AFI/NST consultation instead of an ultrasound first she took me to monitor room then asked me "do you know where you baby is?" I was like um in here dont you need to do an ultrasound first?!? (She didnt wear gloves when putting the gel) Then because the rate wasn't to her liking she was saying things like "i cant feel the heat beat" she was hurting my belly to get a reaction from my baby in the ultrasound room, pushing too hard multiple times. Instead of giving me water asking me to turn or getting up for a second. She asked others what was wrong and told me i would have to go to the hospital but when she went to go asked a doctor they said everything was fine. So she scared me for no reason. Go to another location is possible!!
