Dr Gann has been my PCP for several years. It is the best relationship and care I've had with a general practitioner. He is professional, knowledgeable, and always makes me feel at ease. He makes sure that we address my concerns, and that I understand my condition, as well as, my treatment. The nurses expedite my screenings quickly and thoroughly before he arrives helping us get to the issues at hand right away. The nurses that oversee the blood lab are comforting and quick drawing blood without leaving a mark. I have a fear of needles, and it always goes well in their clinic. I appreciate that so much. The front desk administrators are friendly and helpful whether it's scheduling my next appointment at the clinic or getting me in to see a specialist. I can't say enough about the courtesy and kindness of Dr Gann and his staff at UAMS Capitol Neighborhood Clinic.

I am totally satisfied with my experience here! The front office staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I checked in. I also want to give a special mention to the nurse who took me back (I’m so sorry her name escapes me!)—she was wonderful and made me feel right at ease. Jeannie, the medical assistant, was also fantastic. She was extremely thorough while discussing my medical history and didn't miss a beat. When I met with Dr. Gann, he took the time to explain everything in great detail, making sure I understood the "why" behind the plan. He answered all of my questions patiently and I never felt rushed. It is rare to find a practice where the entire team is this professional and caring. Highly recommended!

Definitely the best doctor I’ve had so far. He listens to his patients and come up with the best plan for you. Not just tell you want he wants you to do and haven’t listened to your concerns. Very informative and don’t mind explaining things in detail for clarity. He’s the best and I’ll recommend 100 times over.
