I’ve been here twice and so far my experience is completely excellent. On my last visit, I asked a fairly large number of questions and Dr Aguirre was completely patient and made sure all my questions were answered and she’s a good communicator and I understood everything she said. Sometimes I asked follow up questions for more clarification, And she made sure I had a full understanding. The other nice thing about this clinic is being a smaller clinic, I can always park almost right next to the business and parking is never crowded. Which means I can walk a very short distance from my car to get inside. This is not the primary reason for my high review. It’s the actual service I get which prompts my high review.

My doctor of 20 years decided to charge patients an extra 300.00 per year on top of insurance. A good time to find a new doctor and I LOVED this office. I felt like the PA really cared and went over all of my info and requested records from my old doctor and specialist! So happy, I feel like a new beginning with a new clinic!

Updating to reenforce this original review. She is amazing! I could not have a better provider or office. Mariana Racovita is the most empathetic, non-judgmental provider I have ever had. She has my trust because she actually listens. She doesn’t gaslight me or my symptoms and helps me navigate my health in the best way possible. The staff here is amazing. I have also never had appointment be more than 5-10 after my appointment time, which in the medical world is amazing. Would recommend this provider for any adult.

I have liked the staff and the place and would have been giving 5. But the wait man, I understand that the staff have to handle a lot of things but that's why we have appointments and we do have a life to get to as well. I have been here for a an hour and half and had just a short checkup, waiting for the next one for an hour now. Did I go through the trouble of booking an appointment and paying and also losing an hour of my work just to sit in a room or are the 4 walls of this room curing me? I think we as patients have to not just review the quality of how they interact but also how the system works. So my experience was good with people but long waaaaait.

Dr. Venghaus has been the best doctor that I’ve found in Austin. I’ve been seeing him for a few years now. He truly cares about his patients and spends the time to understand the whole picture. Very down to earth person and easy to talk to. The Thrive office is very nice and staff is always friendly. And wait time is always minimal.
