I came in on the recommendation of my brother and I’m so glad that I did. My front bumper came off and I was terrified of the cost to fix it. The guys here are super friendly, knowledgeable and honest. I was given a very reasonable price to fix it and it looked great too. Thanks guys!!

I would definitely recommend Thomas Auto Body. They had great communication and found a repair solution that met my needs. I'm someone who doesn't know too much about cars but I was treated well and not ripped off. Everyone there is really nice and honest and all the loaner vehicles is a huge plus.

Kenny and his team are always willing to help you out the best way they can, even if it means sometimes sending you some place else. Over the years they have done some small jobs, and some bigger, and every time I felt my time and money (or how much I spend) is as important to them as it is to me. Kenny tends to be a heavy critic, especially off himself, so the workmanship is always of a very high standard, no matter how small the job. Plus, being an independent shop, you definitely feel taken care of by people who get to know you, not by a corporate memo. Even the shop itself, you'd be surprised by how nice it is, compared to some of the big names with 2 story buildings. It's not the Ritz, but the small reception is very welcoming and everything you can see is clean and tidy. Shows good work ethic. In short, if you need help with any of the services they offer, or even just advice, give them a call. Their prices are very competitive, almost always lower than a big name/chain, and are willing to work with any insurance claims (any company). Hopefully you'll be like me and not have to look for another shop ever again.

I went into the shop on Monday to get a quote for some body work after getting my car scraped in a parking lot. I agreed to the estimate provided and I paid for the necessary parts that day. I was told to drop off my car on Saturday so it could be worked on the following week. I asked if a loaner car would be available, and I was told that there would be. The person assisting me that day said that they will notify the employee who is working on Saturday to coordinate this. On Friday, I called the office to confirm an exact drop off time, and to make sure a loaner car was still available. I was told to come at 11am "so that someone will be there" and that a loaner car would be available. The person who assisted me over the phone even told me they spoke with the employee during our phone call about my arrival on Saturday. I arrived at 11am per the agreement. The office was locked, nobody answered the phone or returned my messages. I am not sure why I was told multiple times that Saturday would work for a drop off time and to pick up a loaner car when not a single person was even available. Someone please contact me to explain this. Right now they've received my payment to start the work on my car and then ghosted me on our agreement. Update: I was promptly called back the following Monday when the shop re-opened and received an apology about the incident above. They offer loaner cars, which is extremely helpful and I was able to get one as promised. Everyone was very communicative, and the repairs were completed in the time they quoted me for. The final work looks good. You can't even tell an accident ever happened. It also looks like they cleaned the interior of the car, which is very appreciated! I picked this place because I wanted to support a local shop. I was worried about how the rest of the repairs would go after the mix up at the start, but it seems like an honest group of people. They are more than willing to help if there are any issues along the way and own up to them, which is huge. They were nothing but kind to me the whole way through. Thanks for your work and good luck to your business! I would not hesitate to give them a chance.

I brought my Tacoma in for an insurance claim, but after talking with Kenny realized it was time for my custom build since I was going to have it in the shop getting work done anyways. He walked me through everything, giving ideas and experience that supported my vision for the truck. I had a perfect picture in mind of what I wanted and it couldn’t have turned out better. They do amazing work at Thomas Auto Body and for a fair price! If you need any collision or custom work done to your vehicle don’t look anywhere else.
