My daughter and I both became ill with a viral infection, and we contacted Richmond Doctor for help. We were given same-day appointments, which was incredibly reassuring at a stressful time. The GP was highly professional, thorough, and calm, and carried out all the necessary tests with great care. His medical ethos and approach to both adult and child patients were truly exemplary, showing genuine concern, clear clinical judgment, and respect. The cost of the consultation was very reasonable, especially given the speed and quality of care provided. I would also like to highlight the receptionist, who was kind, patient, and extremely helpful throughout the process. Overall, an outstanding service. I would not hesitate to recommend Richmond Doctor to anyone looking for prompt, ethical, and high-quality medical care.

The Richmond Doctor booked me a same day appointment at short notice. A friendly receptionist quickly and helpfully answered all our pre-visit questions and gave us a warm welcome on arrival. The practice is clean and wonderfully calm. With no fuss they adapted the consultation to accommodate my accessibility needs. Dr Wren listened to us, was professional, knowledgeable and generously gave us so much time to not feel rushed. The fees felt very reasonable compared to other private GPs and it felt like everyone went out of their way to assist us. We are very grateful for their service.

I was with Dr Ursula Radlofffrom 2017- 2018. She was completely incompetent and didn't provide the blood test that I had asked her, agreed with her and paid for. It caused some issues with my health because the test was not done as requested even though she had detailed reports about my health and what I needed in front of. Very unreliable. I complaint in great detail to the practice and was ignored. Needless to say I found another doctor and never went back here.

awesome experience. we were traveling with our infant who was sick and needed a quick consultation. no wait, super clean and nice office with toys for her. doctor was professional and gave a good treatment plan. great experience overall!

I had a very positive experience with this doctor. The studio is nice and clean, and both doctor Sebastian and the lady at the reception made me feel comfortable and treated like a human being. I was able to book an appointment on the same day and within two hours. And prices are very fair as well.
