I go to the Burlington office, everyone there is so friendly, knowledge, helpful and truly caring. I did not hear back from someone they referred me to for an injury. My NP left the office mid appointment to have staff call that office to figure out what had taken so long. She knew how much pain I was in. She referred me to another office and I was notified immediately by the second referral. The entire staff goes above and beyond.

One of the best places for healthcare. Everyone is so kind there, the environment is friendly, perfect if you enjoy smaller settings, short or no wait times, and a team who listens, cares, and does their best to provide you with a great level of care.

I would give five stars because everyone at the Burlington Family Health Clinic is wonderful, but the pay slide has changed drastically and even though my husband and I, who have no insurance, made less last year than the year before, are no longer getting any sort of discount. Also the cash discount where you recieve a discount if you pay for your visit the same day as the visit, is no longer.. that helped us tremendously, so now we get no help whatsoever...

The Burlington clinic !ROCKS! They got me back on track after multiple heath issues suddenly arose.They treated me like a close friend, holding my hand and getting me through this bad time. Amy, Katie and Laura are the ones I usually see, and they are a special team in giving you the best care possible. The other staff are very dedicated also. Thank you. You should be called the "Burlington Babes". Love ya Teresa Peters
