I have been here twice now and each time has been great! Staff is friendly and helpful and their auto service is stellar, always on point, quick to repair, and not out to gouge your pocket book. Am definitely a loyal customer already!

The folks at Telle Tire at 6130 Troost have always made me feel confident that they have my best interest in mind. They are thorough in their diagnostics, always perform quality work, and are fair in their pricing. They are great communicators. Every time I have services performed by them, I leave feeling confident that the issue is resolved and I haven’t been taken advantage of financially. They continue to earn my business and trust year after year.

Very fast and very accurate on whats wrong. Also however very expensive. 2 times now I have been quoted 1600.00 then 2000.00 for some car problems. The 1600 one I fixed myself for 29.00. the 2000 one I also fixed myself for a cpl hundred. 4 stars cuz I'm happy with diagnosis and the speed. I'm pretty sure they do great work also but I will never know because of the prices.

I have to give a shoutout to Nicole, Rob, the store manager, and the staff at this shop. They were very transparent and helped me understand the whole process. I had to go in a 2nd time to get another look at a deeper issue that I was hesitant to fix, unfortunately we had a miscommunication on pricing which I’ll take the blame for, but both times they were very generous in helping me out when I couldn’t pay in full. They did fast work as well considering i had to get multiple parts order from the stingy dealership.

The people at the counter were very courteous and knowledgeable. Unfortunately the tire I needed wasn't readily available so they had to order one. Once it arrived, they was able to remove the old tire and replace the new one really fast!

Took my car to Telle to have them look it over since I purchased it used. Glad to say my experience was amazing, the staff were knowledgeable and very friendly. The work they did was reasonable, tires, brakes, wheel alignment, and a couple of other things were done and done in a timely manner. I will definitely be going back for any of my car repairs or maintenance. If you’re looking for a reasonable and honest mechanics Telle is where you want to go. Thank you guys for everything.
