I cannot say enough good things about Christian Brothers Automotive on Barry Rd. My alternator went out unexpectedly, and I only had $600 to my name. After calling around and being quoted over $1,000 everywhere else, I was literally in tears and completely stressed out before I even called them. From the moment I spoke to them, they treated me with kindness and understanding. They worked with my budget and helped me figure out a solution instead of just turning me away. That meant more to me than they probably realize. They also offer a free shuttle service — they took me home and picked me back up when my car was finished, which made everything so much easier during an already overwhelming situation. Honest, compassionate, and professional. Hands down the best auto shop experience I’ve ever had. I’m beyond grateful and will absolutely be coming back.

Such a great experience all the way around! I am not from the area and my car broke down on the highway. Called them based off of their other reviews. They were amazing… Even referred a great tow company to me. That got there in 25 minutes. Service and explanation of issues with my car were very thorough and informative! I got a pre purchase inspection on my car and am so glad I did! The car needed a few minor things but they could tell it has been well taken care of and helped me feel confident I was making a good purchase! So satisfied with the service I received here! The staff were so nice and caring! It's always a gamble going to a new mechanic as a woman never knowing how you'll be treated but I felt so comfortable! I loved getting to joke around with them as well! I dropped my vehicle off the day before my appointment and was offered their free shuttle service to get back home. The next day as my car was being inspected I got notifications pretty much every step of the way. I loved how well communication is prioritized! I will be returning for regular maintenance and HIGHLY recommend you trying them out as well!
