I can’t say enough good things about this body shop! From start to finish, the experience was outstanding. The communication was clear and consistent — they kept me updated every step of the way, answered all my questions, and were genuinely friendly and professional. The work on my car was flawless — it looks brand new! On top of that, they had it ready earlier than expected, which was such a pleasant surprise. Excellent service, excellent people, and excellent results. Highly recommend!

I recently had my vehicle repaired at Studer Body & Paint, and overall, I was very impressed with the experience. Bob, the owner, was extremely personable and made the process smooth from the beginning. He got me scheduled quickly, worked directly with my insurance company, and made everything easy on my end. When it came time to get a rental, Bob went above and beyond—personally driving me to Enterprise after hours when their shuttle service was no longer running. That kind of customer service is rare and deeply appreciated. The repair work itself was outstanding. I’ve had body work done elsewhere (notably at Abra), and the quality at Studer was noticeably better. My car looked absolutely pristine, like it had just rolled off the showroom floor. Communication was the only area that fell a bit short. I had to follow up a couple of times for updates. When I did call, I was informed that one of the EyeSight cameras had broken during disassembly. Initially, there was some ambiguity about responsibility, but when I mentioned that the system had been working prior to the repair, Bob acknowledged it and assured me they’d take care of it—which they did. Sourcing a replacement camera proved challenging, with delays from Subaru. Rather than let that hold things up, Bob took the initiative to have the original part repaired by a local electronics shop. It was a creative solution that worked flawlessly. He mentioned they would still replace it when the new part arrived, but several months have passed and I haven’t heard back. In fairness, the repaired part has performed perfectly, but I would have appreciated follow-through on the promise. Despite that small hiccup, I would absolutely recommend Studer Body & Paint. Their workmanship is top-tier, their customer service is above and beyond, and Bob clearly cares about doing right by his customers.

Bob Studer answered the phone when I called about fixing my car via an insurance claim. When I tell you this was the easiest, most professional automobile experience I’ve EVER had, I mean it. We scheduled a day for me to drop my car off. He personally drove me to Enterprise to get my rental. He called me to update me on my car. When I returned my car to Enterprise, he had set up for them to drive me back to his body shop. He and his team went above and beyond, removing some paint scratches on my car not even related to my accident. I will never go anywhere else. Thank you!

This shop was recommended to me by my dealership and I can understand why! Bob is a very hands on owner, great communication and went above and beyond in customer service! My car took longer than expected but like I said, great communication and you can't blame a shop owner for supply chain issues when a part is out of stock. They even cleaned my car for me inside and out which I wasn't expecting! I highly recommend this place if you need any body repair on your car.

Studer has become our go to place for auto body work. Twice we've needed repairs when another driver backed into our vehicle and it was smooth sailing working with Bob. So when our brand new car was stolen and recovered repairable, we didn't think twice about where to take it. Bob worked seamlessly with the mechanicals shop as well as insurance (and was graciously patient with all our questions). I was worried the car would somehow feel different after it's unwanted adventure, but the Studer team worked their magic and it was immediately comfortable to get back into. Their work warranty and Honda certification also gave us a lot of piece of mind.
