I had an excellent experience with Sterling Auto after a collision damaged my front bumper. They were not initially on my insurance’s preferred list of body shops, but my BMW dealership highly recommended them, so I decided to give them a call anyway. After speaking with Antonio, I was immediately convinced. He is the epitome of professionalism and clearly very knowledgeable. I called my insurance company (Erie Insurance) and insisted that the repairs be done by Sterling, even though they weren’t on the preferred list. They agreed, and I am extremely glad I went that route. From start to finish, the process was smooth. Antonio gave me a tour of the facility when I dropped off the car and walked me through exactly how everything would work. He communicated regularly, kept me updated throughout the repair, and made sure genuine BMW parts were used. Mr. Antonio and his team are the epitome of high-level customer service and professionalism. From the time I arrived at his shop, I received the white glove treatment. He then gave me a tour of the facilities so that I had a full understanding of what his team would be doing to my car. He gave me frequent updates throughout the process and set very realistic expectations.
