Had an awesome experience here! I Switched primary Dr due to travel distance. Dr Lewis was wonderful he was caring and really listened. Highly recommend him!

Dr. Rosalia Richardson is always thorough and professional. She listens respectfully and then zeroes in on the health problem, teaching along the way. Her examinations are lazer beam focused. I have total faith in the services she and her excellent staff probife

Is it customary for the provider to ask if a post- auto accident visit is "for insurance purposes or because I am concerned about the injuries I sustained"? According to PA Gheen, it helps him know which questions to ask. I'm curious to know if that is how he would approach a loved one who was just involved in a traumatic situation.

Easy check in. Front desk is always friendly. Got right in to see Dr Freeman. I appreciate that I’m not taken to an exam room and left alone for 30 minutes to wait. The nurse took my vitals, checked my meds and Dr Freeman was there immediately. She is a very caring, personable doctor. Easy to talk to and engaging. She takes her time - I never feel rushed or pushed aside. Overall, the experience is very positive.

In general, I’m content with this clinic. I have the best doctor I’ve ever had and the location of this clinic couldn’t be more convenient for me. However, the fact that the office decided to withhold my prescription until I scheduled my wellness check is reckless and downright unethical. I received 2 phone calls: last Friday and today (Monday) from this clinic. I’ve been trying to get my prescription refilled for a week now with no success and no explanation until today. I’ve been without my prescription for 4 days now, and all because I hadn’t proactively scheduled a wellness visit before they had to ask me. For clarification, I have a slew of health issues and I see and/or speak with my doctor regularly (every couple of months or so). At no point during those appointments was I told I had to schedule a wellness appointment to avoid my prescription being withheld. It’s as if I was expected to read their minds. So… patient beware. Schedule your own annual wellness check before they have to reach out and cause you any strain.
