Dr. Munn and her associate were prompt, greeted me warmly, and were thorough and friendly as they dealt with me. My experience with them is always very positive!

Do not schedule, call or walk in unless you are an established patient with a doctor in this office. They will not be able to see you. It is not a walk in clinic. They are not accepting new patients. They cannot give you medical care. They are also too busy to be careful in the care they provide. Do not attempt to become a patient they are full. Find another clinic in st Luke’s or a different hospital system - this is a too busy clinic with a high probability of creating errors in your healthcare.

This place is not an urgent care. It is appointment only and they have the right to deny care without assessing a patient unless it’s an emergency which realistically is just EMTALA law, make sure they never bill you for urgent care services. Staff was nice, security guard actually most helpful.

I came from out of town and was suffering from horrible panic attacks as well as dehydration. I didn’t have an appointment but they fit me in as soon as possible. The receptionists were kind, the nurse who admitted me was very kind and the doctor who saw me listened to me, was able to find my medical records, and treated me with compassion and understanding. Being away from home when feeling so poorly is horrible, but this place did their best to help me and get me feeling better quickly, I’m very pleased and grateful.

This place is excellent. I prefer to come here than any other health Care provider in town. The doctors are sharp, respectful, and incredibly helpful. They put thought into the prescriptions and treatments they provide to make sure they match well with the patient's lifestyle and pocketbook. The rest of the staff is also very proficient and professional. They always do a great job of getting me in, through, and on my way. Glad to have this asset in the neighborhood.
