SS Collision - Auto Body & Paint Shop

I took my Toyota Rav4 here after a collision and the team at SS Collision took great care of me and my car. From the moment I dropped the car off, they kept me in the loop with repairs and estimated completion time, they took care of communicating with my insurance company (State Farm) and had my car done way earlier than expected! Stacia, Ryan, and Lily were all extremely friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this repair shop!

Ss collision kept me updated throughout the entire process from insurance updates to parts to when it was time to be painted. If I had questions they were answered very quick and without hesitation. I got to pick up my car when it was ready and man they did amazing im so greatful.

Outstanding operation. I had a body repair job and was referred by my insurer. Service interactions were competent, professional and personable. The process was handled with efficiency and minimal overhead which was a very pleasant experience. Repairs were finished in less than estimated time and were perfect. As a nice bonus they even did a detail and wash even including tire treatment. That was an unexpected courtesy! Every detail was perfect and literally no detail was overlooked. Reviewing the statement of work I was surprised at the very good pricing for high quality (and locally sourced) parts. They did an impressive job of minimizing cost while maintaining only the highest quality components. I was quite impressed at the obvious commitment to affordable quality. I very highly recommend this establishment. From customer interaction, to processing to delivered product I was not just satisfied but impressed with the quality and value S&S delivered. One last note: S&S perfectly match color & finish on a vehicle that’s spent 9 years in Arizona. Doing that perfectly surprised and impressed me. That’s a challenge so I wasn’t even expecting perfection at insurance prices. But S&S actually delivered perfect!

Even though they were short-staffed (and I completely understand people need vacations), I’m glad I didn’t rush them because the results were more than worth the wait. I will let pictures speak for themselves. I had an excellent experience with SS collision from day one. Great customer service, Michelle (front office) even helped me sort out insurance issues. Once my claim was up and running everything went as smooth as could be. Always responsive and transparent with what the situation looked like and with updates on my car. The repair took a little over a month due to some insurance pauses. Fully recommend!
