My GE washer of 4 years was making a loud scraping noise during the wash cycle so I called a different company who came out yesterday and told me to replace it then tried to sell me a Whirlpool from the 1970s for $400. I had a bad feeling so I called these guys for a second option. Tim was so informative on my situation he convinced me to buy a new washer. This professional interaction over the phone really set me straight. As a young home owner in San Diego I feel confident to share my positive experience and will consider using them in the future for appliance service and or repair

This company charged me $800 to repair the commercial toaster in my sandwich shop and their repair failed immediately. They asked for more money to replace more parts. Communication was poor and it felt wrong the entire process, I should have known better. An absolute scam of a business. I found a legitimate company that came out and had the same toaster fixed for $250. They were appalled to hear this company charged that much. All these other 5 star reviews must be for simple residential services. Anything commercial steer clear of these guys!!

Job well done by Tim K! Our old washer is up and running again. Problem was resolved! His team is responsive and professional. Fairly priced 👌 Highly recommended.

First time using SpeedMates Appliance Repair Tim was great, gave good information, fixed problem with refrigerator. Already made. another appointment to clean dryer. All lint from dryer removed. Made another appointment to look at dishwasher, easy fix was not changed. This is a company I will use again!!

We had very good response from the company and heard from our technician Dmitri the same day. He was on time and very courteous. He communicated well. He had to order a part, but came back as soon as possible to install it in our stovetop. We are very satisfied with this company and will use them for other repairs.
