Was a fortuitous day it was when I was in need of plumbing repair and gave Dean’s a call. Since that time, maybe two years ago, I have been able to count on three things: unbelievably top notch customer service; from the minute my call is answered; the preliminary inspection and consultation, the friendly, professional and knowledgeable plumbers that come to my home; transparent pricing. Certainly home repair is spendy, what isn’t now? However, I know that once the incredible plumbers from Dean’s leave; and leave it cleaner than they found it (I have 3 long haired cats), I know that the work is solid and I am not going to face any issues with it in the future and should an issue arise, they will endeavor to fix it that day. Thank you to Mike W for the great advice and explanations and Brandon and partner ( I am sorry I didn’t catch your name) for the excellent work and fabulous playlist.

I lost power to half my house & then after 2 hours my lights started flickering on & off then an outlet was crackling & sparking. My breaker never was triggered to shut off 😳 I called 911 & they shut off the breaker switch & told me not to use any lights ect.. until I get a licensed electrician here. I called Dean's Home Service & a man named Kenny Pawelk came out here. He was very professional, nice, knowledgeable, checked every outlet in my house & was straight forward about his findings & price. He opened one outlet & said JEEZ this one is completely fried! The second one was too! He ended up repairing 5 outlets 4 switches as well as the breaker switch in the breaker box. I paid quite a bit of money but I knew it was done correctly & we were safe from an outlet fire. I will definitely use Kenny P. at Dean's again when needed. He also loved my 4yr old GSP! Thanks Kenny P. for your service!

The work looks amazing. There guys where out as soon as they cold be. They worked 9 plus hours to get everything installed. Vary professional and helpful with any questions or concerns. They also are vary informative. For someone like me who likes to know how the system works They had no problem explaining things to me. The 3 guys names I have Jeff B , Trevor H, Dylan P. And to any others I may not have mentioned A plus work guys. The Babb family appreciates you all.

I had a few issues going on, starting with my water softener. Pat addressed each issue before moving on to the next, along with explaining, in detail, how everything works. He tested my water first so that we could see the effect the water softener not working was having on everything else. I am so happy with my new water softener and kitchen faucet along with some knowledge I didn’t have before!!! Pat is the most kind, personable, and efficient person who has ever done work in my house, it was an awesome experience!

Deans did an awesome job with some pluming work I needed. I had a number of pipes leaking and corroding from Hard Water. They were fair with the pricing, honest about the work involved, and super communicative. The work was completed very professionally with all the piping being brought up to code and installed cleanly. I had one hiccup with a shower head that was replaced and they got someone out to get rid of a buildup in the pipe after the install. Overall an amazing job and I'll be using them going forward.
