I took my car to Schlaurbaum to get my trim fixed that was damaged in an automatic car wash. The communication from the team was excellent, the car looks amazing, and the pricing was very affordable. I will be returning!

This is the 3rd time we've used them for repairs. Top notch service and communication. They coordinated with the car rental company when an extension wandered, communicated regularly about the status of repairs, AND when we picked up our car, they offered to take care of our rental return. We were very pleased with the service and the work they completed for us.

I contacted the shop and requested a quote for rust restoration. I was given a time to come down so they could have a look at the vehicle. Mr. Schlarbaum glanced at it for all of 5 seconds and proceeded to tell me I wouldn't like his quote and how he "does it right" and doesn't really like to do rust on and on he went. I finally had to cut him off and ask for a number. He said 10k. For some rocker panels on a 05 Toyota Corolla. He clearly is either unskilled and unable to properly do that type of job correctly or he is giving an over inflated price because he didn't want to do the work. Either way it was insulting to me as customer to waste my time in the way he did. One star wouldn't recommend based on attitude and professionalism.

Highly recommend!!! Extremely kind service and informative, let me drop off my car after hours and pickup just before they opened. Left my car’s interior super clean, my issue was only on the outside! Unexpected and super appreciated. Very reasonable market value for parts, especially as I was paying out of pocket and not through insurance.

Excellent customer service and repair on our Jeep after we were rear ended. Work was done in less time than estimated and the work is flawless. I would highly recommend them.
