I had a very positive experience at SAY Detroit Family Health Clinic. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome and respected. The receptionist and other staff members I interacted with were kind, patient, and professional. I especially want to recognize Kristin McErlean, NP. She was truly different in the best way. The way she communicates, listens, and explains things made me feel comfortable and confident in my care. She took her time, treated me with genuine respect, and showed real concern for my health. Her approach to patient care is special and made a big difference for me. Thank you to Kristin and the entire SAY Detroit team for the excellent care you provide. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for compassionate and professional healthcare.

I love this place because I love my Doctor. I’ve been with Dr. Tracy Threat for over 23 years and I pray she’ll be my nurse practitioner doctor for a remainder of my life. Any testing or specialist that I need to see she don’t just put you with anymore. She put you with the best fit for you. It’s quiet here is clean here and it does not smell like hospital like other doctors office. He’s quiet and still and not as busy as the rest and I like that as well. Friendly and genuinely love and respect Dr. Tracy Threat.This office space is so calming, comfortable and relaxing that after your appointment you’ll just want to sit there. I recommend you, the family to come here, she covers all. If you’re looking for a TRULY GOOD PRIMARY, It’s Dr. Tracy Threat.

I’m so thankful that God led me here. I’ve been to multiple doctors that have written me off, misdiagnosed, and treated me poorly. My last doctor always made me feel little; like my health issues didn’t exist. When I came here Carla made me feel heard. I mean this lady doesn’t play about her patients. You can feel the passion she has for her calling when she speaks with you. She also had great compassion for all of her patients. God knew she was needed it this field. Let me say that again, she speaks WITH you, not at you! She doesn’t make you feel small like I’ve experienced so many times. I’ve had issues for years that were missed, she got right to the root of things. I drive really far to come here and it’s worth it. The front desk staff is always pleasant & professional. The office is nice and clean. Don’t let the area fool you, I’m out community this is the care you need. - Candace
