It was the only allergy clinic in town. They do not accept an outside referral from several doctors. When getting the shots, the wait time till you get them is long. And while you wait there is a TV playing loudly. Upon one occasion I arrived in time, had to wait to be checked in, and due to the wait time I was made late. I was then yelled at by a nurse for not predicting that the clinic would be much busier than usual.

VERY disappointed in the lack of empathy and care…Moved her from out of state. Went to see Dr. Jeffery Anderson to transfer care and refill the few medications I have. Little did I know he changed my pain medication to HALF of what I normally do for my fibromyalgia. He didn’t even tell me this at my appointment. When I called and spoke to a nurse, Melissa, she had zero empathy and told me I couldn’t ask Mr Anderson for an explanation and she couldn’t help me instead I’d have to schedule and pay for another appointment so I can ask him why he cut my medication in half. Dealing with Fibromyalgia pain is hard enough but having the doctor/staff at Sanford treat me this way is so very disappointing. I still have no solution as of now.

I have gone here a few times throughout the years & have seen various providers (OBGYN, women’s health, and walk in). Every provider that I have seen has been great! All are informative, kind and take time to actually listen to your concerns.

I scheduled a visit over a month ago at the clinic to establish a primary doctor. I checked in on the app and at the desk... waited 25-30 minutes after scheduled appointment time to check with the desk. The gal said I wasn't checked in...told her I checked in via the app and in person at the desk. She said I should go to walk in - told her I was trying to establish a primary so that isn't going to help. My options were - I could wait longer and see if doctor could see me or reschedule. I had already been there for over an hour so I was definitely irritated/frustrated/upset when I left. Not sure I will be back.

Dr. Jordan A. is truly a gem. So happy I found him early in my life. I can tell he listens and took the time to read my chart throughly before my visit. Would recommend him to anyone.
