I’m beyond happy with my current doctor, Dr Gregory SIAUMAU. I’m currently meeting with him monthly (virtually) for medication management. He’s always on time, listens to your concerns and addresses them on the spot with solutions. As someone who has seen a therapist for many years you learn it’s very hard to find someone that actually cares and will hear you out. This office has had quite a few changes in the last year and I was very close to leaving, but so glad I didn’t. The office manager, Maribel (I believe) has also been extremely helpful when something doesn’t go as planned with my prescriptions (my insurance coverage and cost has me changing pharmacies). I would recommend this doctor to everyone I know!

Hi I used to go see Dr Jody Cory Bloom at UCSD Hillcrest. But I'm not seeing her at the moment because I'm doing farely well. But I'm looking for a cooling vest. I have insurance through the Pace program. I'm 69 yes old

I have spent years switching between insurances, doctors & nurse practitioners and have always had les than stellar treatment... until now. Abbey is downright the best medical experience I have ever had and I look forward to returning for my followup appointment. A+++

This has to be one of the most unprofessional offices I've dealt with. A simple physical was needed. My insurance company assigned this office as my PCP, so I went with them for convenience. Made my first appointment. The day before they called and had a mix-up with my insurance and my appointment would be rescheduled, the next opening was 2 weeks away. Not a big problem I still had time to turn in the physical. On the day of the second appointment, I took all the time to fill out all the digital forms beforehand that they required. Over 30 minutes, a terrible outdated system. Then 45 minutes before the appointment they called and said the appointment was canceled for what was the same insurance reason. They had no answers or offered any help but for me to now call my insurance. They had that entire 2 weeks to address the problem but chose not to. It was now my responsibility and then I could reschedule. Brandy and Saundra were combative and aggressive and refused to help in any way. Then I learned the next available appointment was 21 days out, past my deadline to turn in the physical. It is not easy to navigate the health care world and places like this don't make it any easier. They already felt like an outdated office and now this proves offices like this shouldn't be in business if they don't prove to be patient first and insurance last.
