Dr. Preeti Wadwha is the most pathetic excuse for a doctor I've ever come across. Apparently, scrolling her iphone watch was more interesting than listening to her potential new patient. She did so TWICE! Potential was the operative word. I'm honestly gobsmacked a doctor would do this so I've gone elsewhere since. STAY AWAY!

Terrible experience. Appointments are booked with a little flexibility. It would be great if the scheduling allowed for more time and flexibility so patients don’t feel like they’re on.

The Realm Medical Clinic inside the Dakota building (together with Realm IDA Pharmacy) has been an excellent addition to the community. The clinic has new, highly qualified doctors who genuinely take time to listen and explain treatment options clearly. What stands out is that many of the doctors and staff speak multiple languages, which makes it very comfortable for patients from different backgrounds to communicate and feel understood. It’s a thoughtful touch that really makes healthcare more accessible. The clinic is modern, well-kept, and easy to access since it’s right next to the pharmacy—so you can see a doctor and pick up prescriptions in one visit. I felt the care was professional, efficient, and welcoming. Definitely a place I’d recommend if you’re looking for a family doctor or a walk-in clinic in the area.

Having recently visited this clinic for my wife’s back pain, I feel compelled to share my deeply disappointing experience, primarily due to the consistently poor service I encountered. From the moment I stepped through the door, it became clear that patient care, at least in terms of administrative efficiency and communication, was not a priority. The initial check-in process was a confusing and lengthy ordeal. Despite arriving well in advance of my appointment, I was met with a front desk staff member who seemed overwhelmed and indifferent. There was a significant delay in being called and When I inquired about the wait, the response was a curt, "We'll call you when we're ready," offering no explanation or apology. Throughout my visit, I felt rushed and unheard. .My wife’s questions were met with brief, often unhelpful answers, and I left feeling that her concerns hadn't been adequately addressed. It was evident that the focus was on moving patients through as quickly as possible, rather than providing thorough and compassionate care. Furthermore, post-visit communication has been equally lacking. I've had to make multiple attempts to follow up on test results and prescriptions, often being met with long hold times and unhelpful responses from the administrative staff. It feels as though once you've left the clinic, their responsibility ends.

The receptionist on the Saturday morning shift needs more training on how to speak in a professional, respectful and polite manner. The receptionist uses phrases that are inherently rude and bossy. Also has very rude facial expressions when a question is being asked. Doctors are however knowledgeable, polite and respectful like they should be.
