Quick service but not very personable techs. Had moisture marks on my drywall after using dryer so I was recommended to call R&E. They were able to get me on the schedule quickly which I appreciated. When the tech came to my house he wasn’t even 5 feet in my door before he started telling me what the problem could be. He didn’t even give me his name before telling me that he might need to replace my whole dryer line. I learned through their text line that his name was Moran. When going up to my dryer Moran did a few things then said that my problem wasn’t the dryer. I told him it had to be since it only happens after the dryer is on. He then proceeds to the roof and finds that it is clogged. Instead of calling me to go over the problem and address how it relates to the problem I called about he just texts me and sends me a quote to unclog and seal something. He didn’t explain the seal or how it would solve my problem. The quote now seems high after researching what he did to my system. I allowed him to do the work and he was very efficient with time. What is disappointing is the next morning I go out to my car and find the debris that he removed in my bushes. For such a high price point I would expect a professional to clean up after himself.

Moran and his crew are very professional and clean. They cleaned, sanitized and inspected all my duct work and air handler in 3 hours also showing me before and after pictures of all areas cleaned. Being in the construction industry myself I highly recommend them.

The crew was very friendly, communicative, timely, respectful of our home. We didn’t know there’d be a smell afterwards but it dissipated in about 24 hours. Also, a little clean up once they’re done - they cleaned but there was still some debris and furniture to move back. Double check your air filters are replaced properly too. Overall, good experience. Would recommend.

I needed my air ducts cleaned and sterilized. After researching, I called and we setup an appt. for an estimate. Everything was wonderful! Moran and team are so kind, professional, timely, and precise. They cleaned and sterilized all of my vents and ac unit in two or so hours. They were fantastic! The air is already cleaner and better! I highly recommend them!

Amazing service R&E Home Solutions came out to give me an estimate. I knew the estimate was a fair price because of recent experience with another property. I gave them the go ahead and about 3. 5 hours later necessary repairs are completed, all ducts are blowing clean fresh air, the vents look brand new and I'm relieved that I'm not breathing in dust laden air. The team of three worked so efficiently. Each one going after their tasks while anticipating three moves ahead without hesitation. They did a great job. I highly recommend them.
