Quality Auto Body Shop

It was wonderful working with Quality Auto Body and my insurance. Quality isn't a good enough description. Work is excellent- just superb!!! Looks and feels like a brand new vehicle.

The model of car I drive is known for having bad headlights. I anticipated this and did some research for when the time came to get new modules. I took it in to the shop my family has always taken our cars and was quoted an insane number (2.8-3k). Decided to call this place to get a reality check and they quoted me for LESS THAN HALF what the previous place told me. Customer services was amazing and repair was done in a timely manner.

My buddy brought his car here to get fixed after a small fender bender. I told him not to. I told him to take it to Luther. Or Bailey’s. Or northwest. Anywhere but here because they do not so quality work. Anyway I have a picture of the damage. They did not put all the clips back in on the right side of his bumper, so some wind caught it and it ripped apart! That easy! Rediculous. They told him to start a new insurance claim. What a joke. My buddy doesn’t have a phone anymore because he got so angry and broke it. So I am reviewing for him on his behalf. Have a blessed day. UPDATE: LOVE BEING CALLED A LIAR BY QUALITY AUTO BODY. IF I COULD LEAVE 0 STARS I WOULD. THEY ARE THE FARTHEST THING FROM QUALITY.

Bad quality and experience. Do not trust their work, check it well. We had minor body work done on our car two separate times recently. Both times we had issues at pickup, finding damaged parts, missing hardware, and this time leftover tape!. Edit: In response to the owner, The car had parts falling off after your repair work and your team was content in arguing they did a good job. It took an extra two days to correct your first attempt, which came in over the estimate. In the end, it was a terrible experience and the bumper still has damage and flaking paint. People should not feel at all comfortable or trust you to work on their vehicles.

Great staff. Very happy with the end result of the work they did after I had hit a deer. They got it in and out in a very timely manner. Very convenient they worked right with the insurance company. Thank you again.

COMPLETE botch job and unprofessional! Back in March I was in an accident were I had slid into a curb HARD. My side airbag deployed and it had to be taken by insurance. Insurance had called after inspecting it and my best choices were Luther or Quality Auto Body. I went with Quality as they were able to get me in sooner which I now regret. They fixed the inside of my cab and it looked fine, but the suspension and drive line is where I’m unhappy. They claimed to have done their visual inspection and it looked fine. Said they don’t do alignments in house so they use a third party and said my alignment came back great. However after collecting my vehicle, I had put 200 miles on in 2 days. I was doing 70 mph on my way home and felt a quick rattle and then my front end dropped. My wheel hun had snapped in half and the wheel fell out from underneath my truck. It pulled me towards the ditch and I was less than a foot from going into the ditch and potentially rolling my vehicle. The tow truck driver said if I wasn’t quick to react that I likely wouldn’t have been so lucky. Quality paid for the tow bill and did an inspection on the damages a failure point. The owner told me that parts wear out, which I work on vehicles and know this. Anyone that knows vehicles know a hub doesn’t fail like this due to wear and tare. He basically said they did nothing wrong and were going to put all of the damages back on my claim number. The owner also told me and I quote “if we looked into every single possible issue or problem, we would never get a quick turnaround”. They should have caught this if they would have done more than a visual inspection. And recently I noticed my back tire was wobbling and it turns out my axle shaft is bent and no one caught that either. I don’t care if it was the 3rd party alignment company’s fault (which they did try and blame) or Quality’s fault, is Quality’s name on the receipt so they should be owning up to it instead of claiming no fault. They have cost me so much extra money! IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD!
