The care in the hospital itself was good. Very kind and caring staff. A couple of exceptional nurses and a great PT. The ER was quite distressing. I know it is a busy place. When I got there, because of my condition the doctor and several nurses treated me with much disrespect that I didn’t deserve and no sick or injured person deserves. I had to keep defending myself in a very difficult situation. That was very disheartening.

Clinic was clean. Checking in and out was efficient. Records were kept in order.Dr. Adrian Lena was professionally thorough. Overall, it was a good experience. I am happy to recommend Providence Primary Care.. it is refreshing to have people who care. That is an A+ in my book.

Staff are friendly and personable. They take time to explain things so I understand them. I really appreciate the After Visit Summary I ask for after seeing Dr Lundebye. His Team is very supportive.

Wonderful doctors. Was able to transfer from another side of town very easily. Being at the northern lights center, There’s plenty of parking. Nice big lobby with plenty of seating. Emergency care and walk-in appointments. Plenty of receptionists to handle everything that happens. Did not wait in line 1 second coming or going. Will definitely keep all my appointments at this location not only is it closer to my house in Midtown, but it is really good as well.

Very comfortable visit. Dr. Satake and his team members were super nice. Dr. Satake aware s my condition well. He is a knowledgeable, skilled, and compassionate doctor. English is my second language, but i had no problem communicating with. I always feel better after the visit. Also, his team —pharmacy and MyChart are well organized and its people and doctor are kind.
