Don't expect them to call your family. You'll have to call Presbyterian to find out what happened to your family. The doctors are nurses are friendly, but they won't reach out to you even if you ask. In case management won't even bother reaching out to you. They might just send your off somewheres, Don't expect to call either. Their phone lines are jacked, you won't reach anybody and you'll definitely be reaching more computers than people.

Four stars removed for the four bad to absolutely horrendous things that I experienced at this hospital a year ago. Because it isn't the worst thing, I'll mention now the ridiculous parking situation at this hospital, which made an already stressful evening so much more so upon arriving, and the bad reason for a star removal. My wonderful Grandma, age 96, was admitted here a few days before the dates mentioned below, due to pneumonia ravaging her lungs after she had covid. She was clearly not getting better and the only thing keeping her alive was oxygen, as her lungs were too far damaged to recover at her age. Per her DNR, it was time to let her go. On 13 Jan 2025, when they wanted to transfer her to another floor and better/more private room, I witnessed the nurse involved treat a janitorial employee horribly, then blatantly lie to the doctor about said employee when she made a mistake as a result of being directed by the nurse. Because I was more worried about my Gram, I didn't speak up, but thinking about it now makes my blood boil. That's the reason for another star taken off, but the following issues are the worst of them all. We had a different nurse as well as a respiratory specialist with my Gram when she passed in the early morning of 14 Jan 2025. My Gram's son, someone my Gram knew for many years, and myself were also present when she passed. That makes FIVE individuals that knew the time of death... which was approximately 0540. Imagine our surprise when the hospital records and death certificate showed the time of death as being over thirty minutes later, well past 0600! We were already gone by then, which means my Gram was not only left there, but a doctor didn't come in until that time and, rather than ask the nurse and/or specialist about the ToD, just marked it as being the time he came into the room to finally confirm her passing. Thus, her death certificate shows she passed at a time where she was ALONE, which she most definitely was not. For that, I filed a complaint with the hospital, and did receive a phone call (voicemail, as I was at work) to address it; however, as I was still grieving and also working full-time, I was unable to return the call until about a week later. The person was unavailable so I left a message and even apologized for my delayed return call, but I never heard anything back after that... which speaks volumes. I will say the overall care my Gram received was satisfactory, but it seemed as though the care ended when her life did... and due to that, I cannot recommend this hospital at all. Edited to add, it looks even worse when they only respond to positive reviews. That just proves what the rest of us are saying, to be true.

I cannot praise this office enough. My dad (who does not like hospitals) came here for a procedure that he was very nervous about and he was in a great amount of pain. The Dr. was very thorough and went above and beyond to make sure everything was fully taken care of. He and his team were also very clear and communicative with me through constant texts and phone call updates. The staff was so nice and fun and funny! By the time my dad left he was feeling better and laughing!! I cannot thank this hospital and thier team enough!

Do not come here if you're part Native American or other besides the Caucasian people who get help fast. I came here for my seafood allergy yesterday at 7 pm until 630am. It was a waste of time. The front ladies are rude disrespectful and racist. I tried to complain to a guy named Jeff but he said there's nothing he can do about it now and he said it was too late for it and he didn't want it to help me so he asked me if I could wait or leave right now. They never call My name three times I stayed awake but they removed me. This is unfair towards me as a native American with mixed culture even though I have medical insurance with them too. Do not trust them with your medical emergencies.
