Phoenix Family Medical Clinic - Indian School Clinic

I made an appointment 24 hrs in advance by phone for a sports physical for 3:15pm. Me and my kid were there at 3:13pm, and when we went to check in they said my appointment time was 12:30 pm in the system and not sure what happened. The only doctor on staff left for the day so technically they advertise walk ins but they close early and rearrange appointments without the clients knowledge. Very disorganized and very unprofessional , I went to another urgent care for cheaper.

Had blood work checked out here. Was told I was very healthy and everything was great. Turns out being pre-diabetic is healthy to these people. Now my condition is worst because Dr. Max was too concerned about about getting to his next patient after making me wait an hour. If you hate your life and insurance this is the place to go, they'll drain your insurance AND kill you. Avoid at all cost.

After having my son and my daughter's information switched over from honorhealth to this local office because I thought we would get better care has proven to be nothing but a headache. At least we are in with Phoenix children's for their healthcare. And calling set up an appointment for myself for an emergency situation just for antibiotics so I don't have to go to the emergency room I'm told they don't have an account for me after I switched all of my information and my husband's from honor health again to this local office because I thought I would get better care ha don't waste your time!

Made an appointment to get a medication refilled that I had previously had filled at the same location. Went in, paid my copay and then had a different doctor get borderline rude with me saying that the last doctor should never have given me the medication in the first place. She acted like I was in the wrong or that the whole situation was somehow my fault and didn't back off until I reminded her that I hadn't personally done anything. I understand the protocols they have and am not even upset that I have to go through other channels to get my prescription, I'm upset with paying money and taking time out of my day to be chastised for something I had no control over and then leave with nothing more than an unnecessary order for lab results so they can bill my insurance and get paid. She insisted by the way that I get the lab work done and made it sound like 6 months is a long time to go without a visit, which if you've ever regularly gone to a general practitioner before, it's not. It was a money grab on my way out to make sure they could at least profit off of this waste of my time. No wonder this place has such low reviews across the board.

Thankful for the entire office as the Medical Team assisted me to get me seen at their location, although, the location is not my primary branch. The online scheduling had indicated that their location had the earliest availability to help with my urgent need to be seen. I am thankful for their assistance and your office demonstrated that you cared about me as a patient.
