One star if I could . Diagnoses wrong , staff have little care for their patients. . Referrals take forever to get back to

Been going to this doctor for two years but finally switched insurance so I stopped going there. I have called in and left four messages to see if Dr. Khalil can give an authorization on my refill for one of my meds which is an important one testosterone. Nobody will answer my phone call and the pharmacy is still waiting on an authorization. And remember this is a refill not a new prescription so I have already filled it once I feel that as soon as I left his office, I am dead to them. I’m a ghost they no longer need to learn a helping hand.

This place was amazing! All the staff are welcoming and very kind, especially Dr. Josef. I love coming here and taking care of all my needs with these knowledgeable staff and doctor. Highly recommend!
