Lucy was well-loved and taken care of and came home worn out…which is good for an active puppy! We were pleasantly surprised with all the offerings- super stoked about the refreshing pool in which the pups can cool off and enjoyed watching her play and have fun while watching from the web cams. It’s nice that they have report cards on how their stay went. Pet Paradise also provides great communication prior to and after the boarding experience. Thank you so much!

I can not say enough about this location! My girl has been coming to them for various services since she was around 6 months old (she is currently 3). They have helped me navigate when my girl was diagnosed with seizures and how to keep her active while still being safe. More recently Jordan helped us so much while she completed a 21 day board and train with him to help with her reactivity. He gave us the building blocks we needed to help her build confidence in herself as well as listening to us more consistently rather than putting herself in bad situations. I would gladly recommend him and their training to anyone struggling. They also have been amazing in helping her overcome issues when it comes to grooming! Pam is a lifesaver from dealing with the aftermath of “mommy grooms” and letting me know what parts my girl struggles with the most to work on to help keep my girl comfortable and their staff safe. They are just all around lifesavers and amazing. I highly recommend to anyone that is on the fence give them a call and just talk to them you can feel their passion for helping and caring for your pets in even just one conversation. :)

The University Pet Paradise staff is the best. My dog loves going to daycare. And when I had to leave town for few days, Charlie, my German Shepherd, lost her appetite. One of the staff sat with her and spent extra ,extra time with Charlie. Charlie was able to calm down and eat and all was well. The people who work here go the extra mile for your family pet.

I had such a great experience at Pet Paradise. The staff was incredibly kind, attentive, and clearly loves what they do. I felt completely at ease knowing my pet was in good hands. The facility was clean, well-organized, and welcoming, and the communication throughout was reassuring. You can really tell they treat every pet like family. I’ll absolutely be coming back and highly recommend them to any pet parent looking for peace of mind.

Pet paradaise was amazing!!! Kristina did great with Vayda, my rotty! Vayda hates leaving me and Kristina handled it so well! Vayda came home smelling so good and soft! Her nails looked great and she slept like a baby after coming home! I will definitely be returning!!!
