We love sending our dog, Scout, to Pawlins! She always gets so excited to see her four-legged friends and the wonderful workers. They have great communication and keep a close eye on all the dogs.

Our dog had the very best time! He loved playing with the other pups, and I love how clean Pawlins is. Very smooth transition from drop-off to pick-up! We will definitely use again!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ UPDATED REVIEW — PAWLINS (JEFFERSON, LA) I’m writing this as a proud cat dad to correct my previous review and give Pawlins the recognition they deserve. I was wrong, and I’m truly sorry. My initial reaction came from fear, anxiety, and exhaustion—not from the reality of the care Luna received. When we dropped Luna off, she was calm and quiet. She didn’t make a peep, and I felt she was in a safe place. After leaving, my anxiety spiraled, and I didn’t sleep at all that night. I let my fear and worry turn into anger, and I reacted before I had all the information. While I was stressing, Luna was actually opening up to the staff. I later learned she was cuddling with them, purring, rubbing against them, and enjoying their attention. She was being loved and cared for, not neglected. When we picked her up Sunday afternoon, she was screaming and crying in the car—not because she was unhappy, but because she didn’t want to stay in her cage. She wanted to go home and jump on my bed. Once I realized that, I understood she was okay and just missed home. The facility is clean, well-organized, and the staff is professional and compassionate. Luna stayed in her own private suite, and the staff took time to ensure she was comfortable. A special thank you to Mrs. Kat, the owner, for handling everything with patience and care. I’m updating my review to 5 stars because Pawlins did not deserve my initial reaction. If you want a place that truly cares for your pet, I highly recommend Pawlins. 🐾❤️
